VeriCenter provides monitoring and real-time detection of both exception and normal operating conditions for monitored elements. We notify you if pre-defined thresholds are exceeded, allowing you to proactively respond to potential problems before your customers call you.
Network Monitoring is provided through a secure connection to your environment, and reporting information is accessed via our Web-based Customer Portal. This portal not only offers a snapshot of your current system state, but also provides trending analysis to help you manage your environment.
VeriCenter's Network Management service provides comprehensive, turnkey support for your local and wide area networks. This service is backed by a highly trained team of technicians and engineers with proven expertise in network management and maintenance.
VeriCenter remotely manages your network infrastructure, including routers, hubs and switches, for the highest reliability and optimized performance. When a problem is detected and isolated, VeriCenter takes the steps necessary to coordinate with hardware vendors and carrier partner(s) for problem resolution. At all times, you're able to access critical information about your network through our secure, Web-based Customer Portal.

WAN/ MAN Connectivity
Once you move your hosted environment to VeriCenter's Tier One Data Center, how do you access it? Through one of our network solutions.
Whether you want secure access for administrative purposes only or gigabit Metro Area Network (MAN) connections to extend the Local Area Network (LAN) from your site to VeriCenter's, we can accommodate your needs. We can also custom-design a solution to meet specific security or redundancy concerns.
Our standard offerings include private network access from DS1 to DS3 speeds. We also have partners, with a point of presence in our data center, who can offer private Ethernet connections ranging from 10Mbps to 1,000 Mbps.
