Web Server Administration Services

VeriCenter provides software services for the Sun Solaris, Windows NT/2000, and Linux platforms. VeriCenter manages your software infrastructure from installation and configuration through on-going maintenance, ensuring the highest levels of performance and minimizing downtime. VeriCenter certified professionals complete system installation, configuration and testing using a "lights out" build process that ensures consistency and efficiency. VeriCenter software professionals perform on-going troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution for system errors and performance issues. VeriCenter ensures that your servers are kept current by applying security patches, service packs, and hot fixes as needed.
Platform Administration Services
VeriCenter's support staff is comprised of Intel- Sun- and Compaq- certified experts proficient in hardware troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution. Our staff provides complete installation, configuration and testing of your environment. Once operational, VeriCenter provides maintenance in partnership with equipment manufacturers and third-party service providers. VeriCenter provides spare components, or if needed, complete systems from on-site inventory.
Security Administration Services
VeriCenter provides full security administration of your applications, including security patch notification, evaluation, and deployment. VeriCenter consistently monitors and reviews customer environments for security vulnerabilities and threats. Security vulnerabilities or threats are identified and assessed, and then appropriate action is taken.
Customer Administration Services
VeriCenter provides you with limited administration privileges so you can retain the ability to address your unique application needs. This access includes NT remote administration using PPTP, and UNIX remote administration using SSH.
